Delete Your OZDRAW Account

Users may request deletion of their OZDRAW account and associated personal data by emailing:

support@oz4d.com.au

Please use the email address registered to your OZDRAW account and include:

• Your full registered name
• Your registered email address or username
• The subject line: OZDRAW Account Deletion Request

For security purposes, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request.

Once the request has been verified, we will delete the user’s account and personal data associated with the account, except for information that we are legally required or permitted to retain for regulatory, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, financial reporting or record-keeping purposes.

Data that may be deleted

Subject to verification and applicable legal requirements, the following may be deleted:

• Marketing preferences
• Other personal data associated with the account
